The role of using collaboration technology on individual virtual team effectiveness in Viet Nam

Along with the development of collaboration technology, virtual teams have been increasingly used in organizations. Using technology is most important characteristic team. This paper bases on expectation - confirmation theory and related studies to propose a model which describes effects intention continuatively use team, satisfaction using team habit behavior effect this job performance The result testing 609 members from companies Vietnam show that both directly indirectly positive through has explains 30.5% variance thereby showing significant role individual effectiveness.
